Our multi-disciplinary team includes highly-experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyors who have extensive knowledge and expertise in the quantification of all aspects of large scale, complex construction and engineering works executed under a wide variety of contract forms including NEC, IChemE, JCT, ICE, FIDIC and hybrid or bespoke forms of contract involving DBFO and/or JV arrangements.

We have very considerable Main Contractors’ on-site experience which gives us hands-on understanding and empathy for construction projects that we are able to pass on to our clients. We have particular quantum expertise in relation to large-scale and complex infrastructure projects including earthworks and structures.

Our quantum expertise encompasses the ascertainment of time, cost and value including the quantification of delay and disruption by forensic analysis for written and oral presentations within informal and formal disputes’ processes.

Our quantum expertise has repeatedly been sought by international clients following recommendation by others and provided in relation to large-scale complex disputes including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, DAB, litigation and arbitration.

We are highly experienced in the preparation and presentation of pleadings and other documents including Quantum Expert’s Reports, Statements of Case, Referrals, Rebuttals and Rejoinders. We have successfully represented our clients at quantum hearings and tribunals where the tribunal has complimented us upon the professionalism and clarity of our presentations in relation to esoteric aspects of quantum including disruption.
