description of the imageOur multi-disciplinary team comprises Chartered Quantity Surveyors specialising in Quantum, Commercial and Contract related matters. Our team can provide a range of bespoke pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services to help with the delivery of your project.

Whether at the project development or pre-contract stage, we can provide advice on contract selection and on the various procurement methods that exist for engaging with supply chain partners. We can prepare tender documentation, tender enquiries, and produce bills of quantities aligned with various standard methods of measurement. We can carry out tender appraisals, against project specific requirements, and advise on the selection of appropriate supply chain partners. Embedded within these processes are assessments of risk, assessments of opportunity, detailed cost benefit analyses and computational cost models, such processes being essential for the development of appropriate cost plans, cost estimates and informing your bidding or procurement strategy.

Through project delivery we can also provide detailed support and assistance with general administration and contract management functions. We can write contract correspondence and notices required under a contract and provide appropriate project reporting, for example cost/value reconciliations and the production of management reports. We can prepare and submit interim applications for payment in line with the specified contract requirements, We can identify, notify, value and negotiate Variations, Compensation Events or other changes applied to a Contract. We can prepare, negotiate and agree final accounts, including accounts with specialist sub-contractors and other members of the supply chain. We can also develop strategies, prepare, negotiate and/or rebut statements of claim.
